　　對(duì)于隔熱材料來(lái)說(shuō)，導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)是一個(gè)非常重要的指標(biāo)。泡沫塑料的傳熱方式有三種：即氣相和聚合物相的熱傳導(dǎo)、氣相中的對(duì)流、泡孔壁的熱輻射。從表2中的數(shù)據(jù)可知，酚醛泡沫的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小，具有優(yōu)良的隔熱性能，導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)隨制品密度的增加而變大。

　　我們測(cè)定了酚醛泡沫的熱穩(wěn)定性，烘烤48小時(shí)后的結(jié)果如表所示。
　　表中的數(shù)據(jù)表明，泡沫的密度越大，熱穩(wěn)定性越好；密度越小，熱穩(wěn)定性越差。這是因?yàn)楫?dāng)泡沫的密度較低時(shí)，其比表面積就大，與空氣中的氧接觸的可能性增加，在高溫下易于氧化而受到破壞。所以其熱穩(wěn)定性較差。此外，延長(zhǎng)烘烤時(shí)間，泡沫的體積和重量變化起來(lái)越小，后趨于穩(wěn)定。
