進口不銹鋼磁力泵概述：

德國巴赫生產(chǎn)的進口不銹鋼磁力泵采用先進設(shè)計原理與制造工藝，通過外磁體、隔離套、內(nèi)磁體之間的磁場傳導(dǎo)，將動密封轉(zhuǎn)換為靜密封，保證泵浦高溫狀態(tài)下的穩(wěn)定性工作。廣泛配套小型精密高溫模溫機、試驗儀器、木工機械、擠出等行業(yè)，泵浦移送循環(huán)介質(zhì)不含顆粒、纖維、非易燃易爆的液體。進口不銹鋼磁力泵由泵、磁力傳動器、電動機三部分組成。關(guān)鍵部件磁力傳動器由外磁轉(zhuǎn)子、內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子及不導(dǎo)磁的隔離套組成。

當(dāng)電動機帶動外磁轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時，磁場能穿透空氣隙和非磁性物質(zhì)，帶動與葉輪相連的內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子作同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，實現(xiàn)動力的無接觸傳遞，將動密封轉(zhuǎn)化為靜密封。由于泵軸、內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子被泵體、隔離套完全封閉，從而徹底解決了“跑、冒、滴、漏”問題，消除了煉油化工行業(yè)易燃、易爆、有毒、有害介質(zhì)通過泵密封泄漏的安全隱患，有力地保證了職工的身心健康和安全生產(chǎn)。

進口磁力泵的工作原理

采用先進的外混式軸向回水泵體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，泵體由吸液室、儲液室、蝸殼、回流孔、氣液分離室等部份組成（結(jié)構(gòu)見示意圖）。泵啟動后，在離心力的作用下，吸水室中的剩余液體與進液管路中的空氣被葉輪攪拌形成氣液混合物，混合物通過蝸殼進入氣液分離室，隨著流速降低，導(dǎo)致氣水分離，空氣由泵出液口排出，液體經(jīng)回流孔返回泵腔內(nèi)，經(jīng)過多次循環(huán)，進液管道中的空氣被逐漸排空，使泵腔內(nèi)形成一定的真空度，低位槽中的液體在大氣壓的作用下流向泵進口，達到自吸的作用，這一系列的自吸過程是泵在剛啟動的1至3分鐘內(nèi)自動完成，無需人工干預(yù)，當(dāng)液體充滿泵的進液管路與泵腔后泵組即自動進入正常運行狀態(tài)。磁力自吸泵的驅(qū)動裝置采用主動磁鐵聯(lián)軸器直接裝在電機軸上，通過磁力偶合間接驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)子組合上的葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，泵腔全部封閉，完全無泄漏。同使用機械密封或填料密封的離心泵相比較，磁力泵具有以下優(yōu)點：

1．泵軸由動密封變成封閉式靜密封，徹底避免了介質(zhì)泄漏。

2．無需獨立潤滑和冷卻水，降低了能耗。

3．由聯(lián)軸器傳動變成同步拖動，不存在接觸和摩擦。功耗小、效率高，且具有阻尼減振作用，減少了電動機振動對泵的影響和泵發(fā)生氣蝕振動時對電動機的影響。

4．過載時，內(nèi)、外磁轉(zhuǎn)子相對滑脫，對電機、泵有保護作用。

當(dāng)磁力傳動器的從動部件在過載情況下運行或轉(zhuǎn)子卡死時，磁力傳動器的主、從動部件會自動滑脫，保護機泵。此時磁力傳動器上的永磁體在主動轉(zhuǎn)子交變磁場的作用下，將產(chǎn)生渦損、磁損，造成永磁體溫度升高，磁力傳動器滑脫失效。

The working principle of imported magnetic pump
